Voyager eSIM provides digital eSIM services. Once an eSIM is issued, delivered, or activated, it is generally considered non-returnable and non-refundable due to the nature of the product.

2. Eligible Refund Cases

  • If payment was successful but the eSIM was not delivered due to a technical failure from our side
  • If the purchased plan cannot be provisioned and no alternative solution is provided
  • If duplicate payment is charged for the same order

3. Non-Refundable Cases

  • Incorrect email or customer details entered during checkout
  • Device incompatibility with eSIM technology
  • Customer-side installation or activation errors
  • Change of mind after successful issuance
  • Network performance limitations caused by local carriers or destination conditions

4. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, please contact our support team with your order details, payment reference, and issue description. Each request will be reviewed based on the order status and provisioning logs.

5. Refund Timeline

If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable banking and gateway processing period.
